☆Pre-Order☆
★ What is a pre-order item?
A pre-order item is a product you wish to order in advance/before its production. Fulfillment of your pre-order will begin once inventory arrives.
Not all items listed may be ordered again once out-of-stock (e.g. limited-edition item) or if they do not have "Pre-Order" included in their product title.
★ What address should I use for my pre-order?
Orders will not begin being fulfilled until September 30, so please be make sure you use an address where you will be able to receive your shipment after this date.
★ Will my non pre-order items ship with my pre-order items?
Yes, your entire order will ship together. This means: your entire order will ship when the pre-order item is finished. If you would like other non pre-order items to ship first, please place them in a separate order.
★ Can I exchange or change my pre-order?
If you would like to change your order or would like a refund, please email info@theartsymd.com BEFORE your item ships. Once the item has already been sent, it is non-refundable.
★ Are pre-orders capped/ is there a limit?
Unless it is a limited-edition item, pre-orders are not capped so you can purchase as many as you would like (within the time period). If the website shows any size or out of stock, please contact info@theartsymd.com for help! :)
☆Shipping & Handling☆
★ How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the current availability of your selected items, it will take about 1-2 weeks to process your order. After it’s been shipped, please give the package 1-2 weeks to arrive for domestic orders, and 4-8 weeks for international orders. So, in summary: will be delivered in 2-4 weeks if domestic or 5-10 weeks if international.
- For stickers and other really small items only:
- Flat Rate Stamped Mail (No Tracking): $2.50 USD
- Tracked Mail: $5 USD total
- Shipping Carrier: USPS® - United States Postal Service
- For other items:
- Package weighs 0-3 lbs: $7.50 USD
- Package weighs >3 lbs: $10.50 USD
- Shipping Carrier: USPS® - United States Postal Service
Please note that pre-order items will not be fulfilled at the same time as items currently in-stock. It is encouraged to join the email list to be kept in the loop on all stocks and re-stocks of items.
Lastly, please understand that this store is a one-(wo)man shop, and I am currently a busy first-year resident who will try her absolute hardest to fulfill your order as soon as possible. I appreciate your patience and support of my small business.
★ My package was stolen/the USPS lost my package!
I’m so sorry this happened to you, but once I ship the package out to you, it is out of my control. You must file a claim with the USPS. Unfortunately, I cannot offer you a replacement or refund since these situations are out of my control.
NOTE: USPS sometimes marks packages as delivered before they arrive. If this happens, I recommend being patient and waiting to see if it arrives. You can also ask your local post office in-person where it might be.
★ I put the wrong address on my order, and the package was returned to you.
If a package gets sent back to me, you have two options.
- You can pay for the shipping cost again, and I can reship your order (if it's still in stock/or not a pre-order).
- Depending on the condition of the products, I can issue you a refund for the cost of the products MINUS the cost of shipping.
In the future, please double check your address before placing an order. Confirm that you can receive your package at this location based on the timeframe it will be fulfilled.
★ Do I have pay international customs fees?
YEP! Any customs fees/duties/taxes* are the buyer’s responsibility. Please monitor your package closely and be ready to pay whatever is required.
* = VAT import taxes, additional package processing fees, etc.
★ Wow! Shipping is so expensive!
I know, but the shipping price reflects the purchase of a USPS label, mailer and other packaging supplies. This is also prevents me from inflating the cost of each products. No profit comes from shipping prices.

Unless specified to you personally or applicable to a pre-order, I do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final. Please be mindful before placing an order.

★ Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
